PINION STAND

We offer precision engineered pinion stand that find its application in reducing an input speed to a slower output speed. The pinion stand we offer is a wheel work consisting of a connected set of rotating gears which allows force to transmit or change the motion or torque. Our pinion stand is available in double or triple output shafts as required by the client.

• Housing / Structure Material: Steel Fabricated

• Gear Material:Forged and forged blank EN-9, EN-19, EN-24 Steel

• Gear Type:Spur, Single & Double Helical Gears upto 2500mm Dia

• Normal Input Load Range: From 200 H.P. upto 2000 H.P. Drives

• Maximum Peak Load: 6000 H.P.

• Size Range: 150mm PCD upto 750mm PCD

• Speed:             50 RPM to 1500 RPM

• All Shafts Material: Forged Class-IV

PINION GEARS

All the products are manufactured in a manner that they efficiently meet international quality standards. These hardened gears comes with special features that results in producing less noise. Our range of product is available up to 800mm diameter

 

Technical Features:

• The gears of Pinion gear boxes are made of EN-9, EN-19, or EN-24

• The gears are made in D.P. and module formula with single or double helical teeth.

• All Gears are Ultrasonic Tested, duly hardened ground

• Pitches of the gears are precisely checked and trialed

• Spur, Single & Double Helical Gears upto 2500mm Dia

• Heavy duty and sturdy design of gears which is suitable to bear overloads
